I have been a tenant at since 2001. Over the years, I have considered other options, no other location offered proximity to both Northampton and Easthampton like this location. I have twice moved within the building as my practice expanded and I needed to add additional suites. The owners were always accommodating to my requests. The rent is affordable and the parking ample. I would recommend A-Z Properties to any professional looking for a quiet and professional setting for an office.
I have been a renter with A-Z Properties for over 8 years and I can only say good things from my experiences. They are quick to respond to any issues I have had and they get things done. They are a pretty hands off landlord, totally unobtrusive and never come by the property unannounced. As far as value I can only say that the cost had stayed pretty steady over the years with only a couple of increases.
